Preparing Campaigns for the Original Campaign ROI Report

When you connect a marketing automation system with Strum Platform, you can review your campaigns right inside the Platform with all of your member data so you can view stats like Campaign ROI and profitability.


Sending a Campaign list from Strum Platform to a Marketing Automation system

  1. Once you’ve created a list, from any dashboard click List Manager
  2. Click the List Name to open your list
  3. Click Open in Marketing Automation to sync your list and create a campaign

Once the campaign is live and running inside your marketing automation system, that campaign will show up on the Campaign List inside of Strum Platform, the day following launch. Campaign List is found on the top right hamburger menu of the Platform.


Setting campaign tracking parameters

  1. Click on the hamburger menu in the top left corner
  2. Click Campaign List
  3. Select the blue edit box on the far right of the campaign you wish to edit

  1. Enter in campaign tracking details (tracking date period, campaign type, direct product(s), etc...) through the Campaign Settings tabs.


View your campaign list and campaign ROI

  1. Click the hamburger menu in the top left
  2. Click Campaign List
  3. Use the Search bar in the upper right corner to search your campaigns
  4. Click on a campaign to open up your campaign reporting
