What Are Balance Quadrants in Strum Platform?
Balance Quadrants determine the strengths of your Loans and Deposits with the following equations:
- The Average Loan Amount by calculating the Total Loan Balances divided by the Total Number of Members with Loans
- The Average Deposit Amount by calculating the Total Deposit Balances divided by the Total Number of Members with Deposits
Based on those averages, Strum Platform then places your data into 1 of 4 Quadrants:
- 1 - Overall Strong (High Loan/High Deposit)
- Member’s Total Loans is Greater than or Equal to [The Calculated Average Loan Amount] and Member's Total Deposits is Greater than or Equal to [The Calculated Average Deposit Amount]
- 2 - Strong Deposit (Low Loan/High Deposit)
- Member’s Total Loans is Less than [The Calculated Average Loan Amount] and Member's Total Deposits is Greater than or Equal to [The Calculated Average Deposit Amount]
- 3 - Strong Loan (High Loan/Low Deposit) –
- Member’s Total Loans is Greater than or Equal to [The Calculated Average Loan Amount] and Member's Total Deposits is Less than [The Calculated Average Deposit Amount]
- 4 - Overall Weak (Low Loan/Low Deposit) –
- Member’s Total Loans is Less than [The Calculated Average Loan Amount] and Member's Total Deposits is Less than [The Calculated Average Deposit Amount]
