How Are Profit Tiers Distributed?

Strum Platform adds Profit Tiers to put your members and households into groups based on who is most to least profitable. Profit Tiers can be found under the Profitability Chapter in the

The model segments the households into 4 pre-defined Tiers based on their profitability percentile ranking and the distribution of total profit contribution:

• 1 - Platinum (top 5%)
• 2 - Gold (next 35%)
• 3 - Silver (next 50%)
• 4 - Bronze (bottom 10%)

For example:

If your Total Profit = $1,000 and you have 100 members. The 5 members with the highest profit (5%) would be Platinum, next 35 members (35%), next 50 members would be Gold (50%), and the last 10 members would be Bronze (10%)
