What is the Member Trends Summary Report

As a complement to the Member-Summary dashboard, the Member Trends Summary report– accessible within Report Center – has been launched to provide users’ powerful insights by analyzing a multitude of various member level data elements over user-selected data periods for new and existing members as well as any user-defined member group. The Member Trends report highlights key metrics institutions are continually monitoring such as single service penetration, average age, service engagement and balance usage trends to obtain a better pulse on the profile of its membership. The report can also be paired with the Dashboard Filter, to specifically analyze and glean insights around a certain segment of membership for customizable trending.

Also included in the Member Trends report is a summary trends table where key metrics – peak and trough periods and % change - are brought to light based on the custom data periods selected.
