Enhancements in Campaign ROI Report Metrics

In the latest system release, we have extended the key performance indicators available in the Campaign ROI Report. The enhanced report now features additional KPIs, including the Open Rate, neatly categorized under Engagement, Direct Sales, and Overall Sales.


Daily ‘As of…’ Data Period

In this latest release, all Strum Platform clients benefit from an upgrade that introduces the daily data period, known as the 'As of...' period, to their Platform instance. This newly added dataset provides refreshed data on all accounts and any associated data variables provided as of the latest submitted extract. Fields not updated daily will be marked with an "*" in the 'As of' data period within the filter engine.


Expanded Fields within Filter Engine and Lists

Users now enjoy increased access to a wider array of data variables in the filter engine and member lists, facilitating more in-depth research and enabling more precise targeted marketing efforts. Diverse 1st party and Strum-calculated data elements are available across all areas of the Platform.
