Introducing the Commercial Chapter and Dashboards

We're thrilled to announce the arrival of the Commercial Chapter within the Strum Platform, now accessible to all clients. This latest addition empowers users with comprehensive tools for enhanced analysis and reporting on their institution's commercial portfolio and membership and can be located via the top left menu icon.

The Commercial Chapter comprises four meticulously crafted dashboards, providing deep insights into the composition of commercial members and accounts. Leveraging a blend of first-party data and third-party firmographic elements, these dashboards shed light on both commercial and retail/commercial membership dynamics, as well as the underlying opportunities within them.

One of the highlights of these dashboards is the incorporation of highly customizable features in Power BI visuals. Users can now precisely tailor their reports by specifying desired dimensions and distribution fields, thereby enhancing the relevance and depth of their analyses.

Seamless Results Aggregations with Saved Campaign Views

Exciting news for Strum Platform users! We're thrilled to unveil the new Campaign View feature, enabling users to aggregate campaign results effortlessly. This latest capability streamlines the process of grouping individual campaigns together, offering a more consolidated perspective right within the Campaign List, located in the Marketing Chapter.

Gone are the days of manually adding up results across campaign flows, annual campaigns, or across campaign categories. With the saved Campaign Views, users can now enjoy a seamless reporting experience. The consolidated reports generated by Campaign View provide comprehensive insights, including overall Conversion Rate, ROI, and Direct and Related Sales statistics, all conveniently presented within a summary total.

Standardized Geographic Field Additions with FIPS Codes

We're excited to announce the exposure of standardized geographic code fields within Strum Platform, enhancing user efficiency when filtering or segmenting by geographical regions. Users can now leverage State (or State Code), County (or County Code), and Tract Code fields, standardized with Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) codes.

These data elements can be accessed across the Dashboards, Member/Account Views, Lists, and Exports, found within the Member Geo Location field group.  This addition empowers users with greater precision and consistency in geographical data analysis. Whether you're conducting regional segmentation or filtering by specific areas, these standardized geographic fields provide a seamless and reliable experience.
