Here are the newest enhancements and system capabilities now made available in Strum Platform’s 2.12 Release.


Transactions Chapter & Summary Dashboard

We're thrilled to release Strum Platform's Transactions Chapter and its Transaction Summary dashboard.  This feature is available for all clients with the Transaction Module providing users with new avenues for seeking visual reporting, analytics, and querying capabilities for transaction-level data.  Gain comprehensive insights into transaction activities, including details on where, when, what, and who is engaging in transactions at your institution. See below, for an example of the Transactions Summary dashboard.

Transactional Detail Querying and Exporting

In the Transactions Chapter of the Strum Platform, Transaction Module clients can now delve into transactional-level data with ease. Utilize the powerful filter engine to pinpoint specific transaction elements such as transaction code, type, channel, description and more. With this feature, Platform users can swiftly access crucial cross-sell targets, analyze membership segments, or scrutinize transaction channels by crafting custom queries using transaction detail data as well as designing transaction-level exports.


Enhanced Relationship Aggregate Fields in Daily Processing

We're excited to inform you that all Customer/Member Relationship fields, located within the Customer/Member level in Strum Platform's Filter Engine, now undergo daily updates. These refreshed aggregates provide users with access to up-to-date totals by customer/member, ensuring the most accurate targeting and personalization capabilities.


Expanded Field Availability for Enhanced Insights

This release includes the expansion of field availability within Strum Platform, providing users with additional data elements for filtering and viewing lists .Here's what's new and how it can benefit your institution:

·      Member-level field : 'Last Activity Date' is now automatically calculated for all clients, aggregating the most recent account activity date within the provided extract and rolled up to the member level. With Member Last Activity Date, users can gain deeper insights into customer interactions, enabling them to track engagement patterns, identify dormant accounts, and tailor outreach strategies more effectively at the individual consumer level. This newly added field is accessible within the filter engine, views, and lists under Member Details.

·       Account-level fields: 'Product ID', 'Product', 'Product Group', and 'Service Group' are now available within the List View and Export for all users. These additional data elements offer enhanced visibility into account-level data, empowering users to make more informed decisions and conduct improved data analysis. With this enhancement, users can delve deeper into details, facilitating a better understanding of their data and enabling more effective decision-making processes.
