Here are the newest enhancements and system capabilities now made available in Strum Platform’s 2.12.1 Release.

Relative Birthday and Relationship Anniversary Filtering

Crafting personalized and timely communication for customers has never been simpler with the latest addition to Strum Platform's Filter Engine: birthday and anniversary filtering queries. Users can now effortlessly employ relative filtering language to tailor filters and analyze or target specific subsets of customers based on their birthday (accessible in 'Date of Birth') or relationship anniversary (accessible in 'Relationship Start Date'). This feature enables users to recognize and celebrate important milestones with your audience and personalize messaging to strengthen loyalty and customer satisfaction.  Navigate to the Strum Platform's Filter Engine where you can apply the new filtering options.

Inclusion of CDFI Fund Tract Field

We are excited to announce a new enhancement in this release: the addition of the CDFI Fund tract indicator field.  This recently introduced field has been added to our data set and filter engine to indicate whether a particular tract is eligible for funding under the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund program. This field will help users identify and analyze areas that qualify for CDFI Fund support. With the inclusion of the CDFI Fund tract indicator, users can easily perform more detailed analyses, identify trends and making informed decisions based on tract eligibility, as well as execute comprehensive and targeted reporting around membership and opportunity among these tracts supporting marketing and compliance efforts. The CDFI Tract field can be found within the Member/Customer Geo Location branch of the Filter Engine.
