Users can now personalize dashboard visuals by data or distribution elements, enabling churn analysis by various factors such as time period, branch, officer, Lifestyle, generation, age tier, and more. The Marketing Summary Dashboard is one of the latest features designed to elevate your analysis across all integrated campaigns. This tool provides a comprehensive, visual overview of your campaign performance, offering valuable insights into your marketing efforts. It enables you to monitor overall performance and understand the broader impact of your strategies. Key features include direct sales attribution, which tracks how individual campaigns contribute to direct sales; comparative analysis, allowing you to compare the performance of various campaigns; customized filtering, so you can focus on the most relevant data; and respondent profiling, which provides insights into the demographics and behaviors of your audience. Profit Detail Fields Accessibility in Filter and Lists

We’re excited to announce the release of newly exposed itemized profit fields, now available for detailed analysis from the platform. This enhancement provides a granular view of your profit data, breaking it down into specific categories for greater clarity and precision. You can now access and export itemized profit fields to understand profit contributions at a more detailed level, enabling more accurate financial analysis and reporting. This new feature allows you to drilldown into individual account-level profit components, offering deeper insights into your financial performance and helping you make more informed, strategic decisions.
