We’re excited to share a range of updates designed to improve your experience on the platform. Here’s what’s new:
UX Enhancements & Changes:
- Updated Terminology: The term "Length of Membership" has been replaced with "Tenure" across the platform. This change enhances clarity and consistency in dashboard visuals, custom dropdowns, the filter engine, and lists.
- Retirement of Legacy ROI Report: The original ROI report, previously accessible from the main hamburger menu, has been retired. It has been replaced by a new and enhanced ROI report, now available in the Marketing Chapter. For comprehensive campaign analytics, use the new ROI report or the Summary dashboard, both located in the Marketing Chapter. To streamline your experience, all campaign analytics pages, including the Campaign Cost Manager, are now grouped together in this section for greater efficiency.
- New User Roles: We’ve introduced two new role templates — 'Standard User' and 'Power User'. These roles are designed to improve access control and security. System administrators can customize these roles from the Roles section of the Strum Platform to accommodate the unique access needs of their institution and users.
- Customer List Improvements: We’ve made several enhancements to the Customer Lists:
- Added a separate ‘Address 2’ field in the View/Export options.
- Boolean fields are now displayed as Yes/No.
- Added options to “Open in Marketing Automation” and “Export” without the need to save.
New Feature:
- Investments and Insurance Dashboard: We’re thrilled to launch the new Investments and Insurance Dashboard. This report provides a comprehensive view of your investment and insurance portfolios and offers valuable insights into customer holdings. Monitor overall performance and trends with this new addition, available to all clients sending Investment and Insurance records, and accessible within the Executive Chapter.
