2.15 Release Notes

November 10, 2024

We’re excited to share a range of updates designed to improve your experience on the platform. Here’s what’s new:

Campaign Creation from a Saved List

With the new functionality to create and track campaign segments directly from saved lists, users can streamline their campaign management processes. This feature allows marketers to easily select segments based on existing data and the Platform filter engine, expanding the tracking capability across other channels. Additionally, tracking capabilities ensure that users can monitor the performance of these segments in real-time, facilitating more agile adjustments to marketing strategies based on immediate feedback. This can be found in Marketing>Campaigns by selecting the "+" icon on the top right corner, to add a campaign manually.

Branch Transactions Dashboard

The introduction of the Branch Transactions Dashboard within the Transaction Chapter enhances visibility into branch-specific transactions. This dashboard provides users with a consolidated view of all transactions occurring at different branches, enabling better performance tracking and decision-making. With this feature, businesses can identify trends, monitor branch performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations across multiple locations.

Employee Record Exclusion Toggle within Lists

The newly added employee exclusion toggle allows users to conveniently exclude employees from their campaign lists. This feature is essential for ensuring that internal staff are not targeted by marketing campaigns, maintaining professionalism and avoiding confusion.  The toggle enhances user control over campaign audiences, enabling more precise targeting and ensuring that messages reach only external customers.  This feature is available to clients that provide an ‘employee” indicator within their extract.  Client admins can manage this features within Roles.

Filter Engine Expansion in Persona Builder

Integrating the full filter engine into the Persona Builder marks a significant enhancement in data segmentation capabilities. Users can now leverage advanced filtering options while creating customer personas, resulting in more accurate and meaningful audience profiles. This integration allows for more nuanced segmentation and analytics and assists marketers in better understanding their target demographics and tailoring their messaging accordingly.

Unified Filter Engine Functionality

Recent updates to the filter engine include support for nested conditions within dashboards and a universal list of saved filters available across the Platform. As requested, users can now create more complex filtering criteria to refine their data sets effectively.  The filter icon location has been moved to the activity bar for ease of use and application.  These updates empower users to manage their data with greater precision and efficiency, making it easier to derive actionable insights from their campaigns.

Marketing Summary – Expanded Filtering Capabilities

The recently released Marketing Summary Dashboard now offers an Overall Sales view of campaign results, complemented by a Member Initial Entry Date filter for improved analysis. This feature enables users to assess the performance of their campaigns at a glance, identifying key metrics and trends. By incorporating an entry date filter, marketers can easily focus on specific time frames for evergreen targets, making it simpler to evaluate the impact of their strategies over time and adjust future campaigns accordingly.
