We’re excited to announce the latest updates designed to enhance our users’ experience on the platform. Here’s what’s new in version 2.16.0:


Tracking Campaign Conversions by Service Flags

We’ve introduced a new feature to improve your campaign tracking by allowing sales conversions to be attributed to additional services and flags, such as Online Banking, Remote Deposit, Debit, Direct Deposit, and more, all within the current Campaign ROI report. This update – available for tracking campaigns starting on December 1, 2024 or after – provides a more comprehensive view of your campaign performance across various promotions, enabling better measurement and analysis. You can now seamlessly track and report conversions originating from third-party services, ensuring a more accurate assessment of your campaign’s impact and success. This enhancement offers deeper insights into helping optimize your marketing efforts.


Companion Service Flag Updates

Recent updates to campaign service flags enhance both functionality and accessibility:

  • Standard service flags remain available in the Member Details > Member Services and Flags section of the filter engine.
  • A new capability allows you to filter standard services and flags at the account level through the Account Details > Account Services and Flags section.
  • Client-specific service and indicator flags are now accessible under the newly added User Defined Data > Fields area within the Member and Account filter grains.

These updates provide more powerful analytic and targeting capabilities. Additionally, you can now view and export campaign service flags directly from your lists, streamlining campaign management and analysis. These improvements give marketers the tools to make more data-driven decisions, with greater insights into flag statuses.


Expanded User-Defined Fields

The expansion of user-defined fields offers greater flexibility in data management. Organizations can now create a broader range of custom fields to meet their unique needs, allowing for more tailored data collection and analysis. This enhancement empowers users to capture specific information relevant to their campaigns, improving accuracy and relevance. These fields can also be used to load member lists and filter by these cohorts within the platform. The ability to import external customer lists and datasets enhances campaign targeting. Users can now request the Strum team to import data from various sources, providing a more comprehensive understanding of their audience.
