What is Strum Platform? 

Strum Platform is a cloud-based marketing analytics platform that helps you improve customer experiences, deepen engagement, and increase sales performance. The platform provides a suite of tools and capabilities that enable financial institutions to:

  • Collect and unify customer data from all channels. Strum Platform can collect and unify customer data from a variety of sources. This unified view of the customer provides you with a deep understanding of your customers' needs and interests.


  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns. Strum Platform uses advanced analytics to identify trends and patterns in customer data. This information can be used to create targeted marketing campaigns and product offerings that are more likely to resonate with customers.


  • Personalize customer experiences. Strum Platform can be used to personalize customer experiences across all channels. This includes delivering personalized content, offers, and recommendations to customers based on their individual needs and interests.


  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Strum Platform provides financial institutions with the tools they need to measure the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns. This information can be used to optimize campaigns and improve results.

Chapters

In Strum Platform, Chapters are like data categories. They make it easy for you to look at your data, create reports, and organize your campaigns. 



KPIs

At the beginning of every chapter, you'll see some Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that give you a quick overview of the most crucial information. It's a convenient way to stay on top of things!




Activity Bar

Just above the KPIs, you'll see the gray Activity Bar. It's super handy for quickly accessing the main tools used to work with data, create lists, and find out what's going on.


Account Menu

The Account menu, located in the upper right-hand corner by clicking your initials, gives you access to user management, goals, roles and more.


Power-BI Dashboards

Our dashboards use Power BI Analytics, which makes it a breeze to organize and view your information, including your various products. Plus, you can manipulate each section to get the perfect view for your needs.

  • Up Arrow - Drill up
  • Down Arrow - Drill down
  • Double Down Arrow - Drill down mode
  • Fork Arrow - Expand down a level
  • Two Papers - Copy
  • Funnel - View Filter
  • Square Arrow - Pop Out
  • Three Dots - Additional Tools

Trending & AI

By using Trends and our AI Analytics, it's as if you have a personal data analyst at your disposal. You can easily track data trends over time and let our AI generate a comprehensive analysis report for your upcoming meetings.


To access the trends section, click on the hamburger menu (three lines located on the upper left corner) and hover over the section you wish to view. Then, select the Trends option.
