How do I edit a journey?

Once you’ve built a Journey, click on the Journey in the campaigns list and, if it’s currently Live, change the status to Pause.

Once you’ve paused the Journey, you can enter the Journey Builder to change your sequence.

Once you’re done making changes to your Journey, you can change the status under Campaign Details back to Live mode to continue your journeys.


Things to note:

  • Once you make changes live, all customers will receive the updated campaign messaging based on the stage that they’re at in your Journey
  • When you add additional nodes to your journey, the numbering of the nodes will not affect your journey as the location in the journey takes precedence. 
    • For example, if you add a node between Node 2 and Node 3, the numbers will not shift, rather you may have Node 4 in between resulting in this order: Node 2 > Node 4 > Node 3
