What are communication limits and requalification settings?

Strum Voice allows you to set Communication Limits to ensure you’re not sending too many emails to a member. You can find these options in the Settings tab in Strum Voice.

Our defaults are 1 Daily, 2 Weekly and 5 Monthly. We recommend sticking with these defaults, especially if you’re just starting to send campaigns, but you can change them to your liking. Just make sure you’re not sending too many or your customers might feel like you’re spamming them.

Campaign Priority

Campaigns that are live will show up in the Campaign Priority section of your Strum Voice Settings. If you have campaigns that aren’t live, they won’t show up here until they’re live.

You can drag and drop the campaign order to set the order of priority. Campaigns will be sent out based on that priority.

If you want a campaign to send out no matter what, you can toggle off the Communication Limits toggle.

Allow Requalification

By default, campaigns will not allow requalification. There are times that you do want a customer to requalify again for the same campaign after a certain timeframe.  In this case you can change the time period to any number of days/weeks/years.. Only customers that meet the criteria will be able to be sent the campaign again after the requalification period.
