How do I manage subscriptions?


When you send out emails to customers, some customers may unsubscribe from your emails. When this occurs, the system automatically marks a customer record (or the email entirely) as unsubscribed from emails. You can also manually manage your subscription in the Settings section of Strum Voice.


To view subscribers, click Manage Subscriptions.


You’ll see a list of All subscribers and a search bar to search for a specific subscriber. You can also filter by Subscribed and Unsubscribed to view those filtered lists.


To unsubscribe someone, click the green toggle to turn off emails. The toggle will turn light purple. When a customer is unsubscribed, they will not receive any email campaigns from Strum Voice.


If someone has unsubscribed, we don’t recommend turning emails back on. But we know sometimes customers can make mistakes, so if you need to resubscribe them, click the toggle back on so it turns green.
