2.17 Release Notes
February 23, 2025
We are excited to announce the latest updates in Version 2.17.0, designed to enhance how you analyze and manage customer and account data. Here’s a quick overview of what’s new:
Campaign Interaction Data in Filter Engine
Campaign interaction data is now integrated into the Platform’s filter engine, allowing for more in-depth, customized analysis of customer engagement. You can filter by factors such as a customer’s participation in campaign audiences, the level of interaction, or the total number of campaigns they’ve been part of. This enhancement provides deeper insights into campaign performance, with a focus on retention and direct sales impact. For clients using Voice, this feature also enables more precise condition building within campaigns and customer journeys, optimizing your outreach strategies.
Expanded Member-Level Product/Service Group Usage and Aggregate Filters
Users can now apply filters to entire member relationships, enabling a detailed analysis of product/service usage and aggregate balances across all accounts linked to a member. This new capability allows you to segment or analyze specific subsets of your membership based on criteria such as product usage, service adoption, or balance thresholds. By applying filters to the entire member relationship instead of individual accounts, you gain a more holistic view of your members' financial activities. This update improves your ability to tailor marketing efforts, track member engagement, and create data-driven strategies that drive customer loyalty and retention.
Daily Customer and Household Demographic Updates
New customers, or those with recent name or address changes, will now automatically undergo a daily demographic append process. This ensures that your data is always up to date, empowering you to engage with customers in a timely and personalized way. Additionally, the append now includes match-level details, providing insight into how closely customer records align with the market demographic database.
Custom Fields Transitioned to User-Defined Data
All client custom data fields, linked tables, and loaded member lists are now consolidated under "User Defined Data" in a single location. Users can access this section at both the Member and Account levels within the filter engine and column selector, making it easier to manage and utilize custom data. This transition simplifies how custom data is organized, ensuring that you can easily find and leverage your unique datasets for reporting, segmentation, and analysis. It also enhances your ability to create more targeted filters, streamline workflows, and ultimately make more informed, data-driven decisions.
