Video Tutorial | Loading an External Customer List

You can now import external customer and member lists directly into the Platform, unlocking new filtering, analytics, custom tracking and targeting audience based on these imported lists. This enhancement empowers teams to bring in curated lists from outside sources and immediately use them to segment audiences, analyze behaviors, and launch more targeted campaigns—all from within the platform’s existing tools. To access the Import wizard, navigate to the Customer List page. The Import External List button will shown on the top right, within the activity bar. The button is automatically enabled for all Power User Role types but this can be enabled for other Role types by your system's Administrator.
