Data Validation Enhancements to External List Imports

External list importing now features integrated data validation to ensure data integrity and system accuracy. This enhancement introduces automated checks at the point of import to identify and flag incomplete, duplicate, or incorrectly formatted entries before they are committed to the system. By validating key fields such as identifiers, contact information, and structural consistency, the process helps maintain a cleaner, more reliable data environment.


Account-Level Merge Tags

Users of Strum VoiceTM can now leverage account level merge to centrally manage dynamic content used across all email campaigns. Whether you're referencing a branch, balance, or date field, account-level merge tags help add a personalized element to your communication. 


Multi-Sender E-mail Profiles

You can now configure and manage multiple sender profiles within Strum VoiceTM — giving you greater control over how your messages are delivered and perceived by your customers. This feature allows your team to send emails from different business units, product lines, or branches — all while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and deliverability.


SMS Channel Addition

SMS is now available as a channel in Strum VoiceTM Marketing Automation system. This new capability allows you to engage your customers instantly through personalized, real-time text messages — all within your existing multi-channel workflows. Whether you're sending promotions, reminders, or transactional updates, SMS enables direct and effective communication. Easily set up SMS campaigns, and track performance alongside email and direct mail - all from one unified platform.


Campaign + Segment Folder Structure 

You can now organize your campaigns and segments within Strum VoiceTM into custom folders — making it easier than ever to manage complex marketing programs, streamline team workflows, and reduce clutter. Whether you're organizing by campaign type, audience or date, these folders give you a simple, scalable way to keep everything in its place.
