User Training - Part 3: Dashboard Analysis

Now let’s start diving into how to analyze and manipulate your data in Strum.

Chapter Contents and Grain Levels

As we talked about in Part 1, Chapters are like data categories. They make looking at your data, creating reports, and organizing your campaigns easy.

Each chapter contains data either related to accounts or members. We’ve included this nifty guide that showcases what data is available in each Chapter.

Pre-built Insights

Now in each Chapter, you’ll have prebuilt insights that answer common questions you may want to answer and use to develop your member lists or strategy.

For example, you may want to know Who are your Loan Members that have a FICO above 740 but don’t have a credit card so that you can reach out to these members.

You can even manipulate some of these insights by entering different parameters under Edit Insights Parameter to tailor these to your needs. For example, maybe you’d rather take a look at members with a score of 720 and no Consumer Mortgage.

Simply edit those fields and click Submit.

Dashboard Manipulation

Right from your dashboard in each Chapter, you can easily select and highlight data by clicking on one of the data items on your dashboard.

For example, on the Loans Dashboard, say I wanted to get a quick overview of just Fixed Rate 30 Year Mortgages. When I click on that, the data is highlighted based on just that data point.

Alternatively, you can use Dashboard filters as we talked about in Part 2 to see a filtered view of your dashboard.
