Cell Phone Field Expanded Exposure

This release expands the visibility and usability of the cell phone field within the platform. Users can now filter by cell phone data and include it in list views and exports, making it easier to segment, sort, and utilize contact information for outreach or reporting purposes. While direct editing remains unchanged, this update enhances access and flexibility in working with cell phone data throughout the system.


Marketing Summary Dashboard – Enhanced Filtering

The Marketing Summary dashboard now includes an improved filter engine and capabilities, allowing users to refine results with greater accuracy and efficiency. This update helps teams focus on specific campaigns, time periods, or audience segments, making it easier to extract meaningful insights quickly and make informed marketing decisions.


Introduction of Campaign Categories

As marketing strategies scale, so does the complexity of managing numerous campaigns across different channels and objectives. To bring better organization, visibility, and strategic alignment to these marketing efforts, Strum VoiceTM is adding Campaign Categories! With this powerful new feature, a user can now classify campaigns based on custom-defined themes, goals, or initiatives, making campaign management more intuitive and effective.


Ability to Duplicate Journey Nodes

Creating complex customer journeys just got a whole lot easier. With our latest in Strum VoiceTM update, you can now copy and paste journey nodes within a flow—helping you build, replicate, and optimize campaigns faster than ever before.


Expanded Delivery Channels for Prospects

Strum VoiceTM has expanded the reach of prospecting campaigns! Users now have access to multiple outbound channels for prospecting campaigns, giving more flexibility and strategic control over initiating contact with potential customers. In addition to email, users will now be able to push communication via Direct Mail and SMS - helping connect with an audience in the right place, at the right time, with the right message.
