Addition of Member/Customer Tab
We’ve added a new Members/Customers tab to Strum VoiceTM to provide streamlined visibility into all marketing campaigns associated with a specific individual. This enhancement allows users to quickly view campaign enrollment, status, and engagement details in one consolidated location. By centralizing campaign insights at the member level, teams can more easily track outreach activity, validate campaign performance, and ensure members are receiving the right communications at the right time.
Error Notification
A new error notification system has been introduced to improve monitoring and troubleshooting within Strum VoiceTM . When the system encounters an issue, users will now see an actionable notification outlining the error. This update ensures faster identification of problems, minimizes disruption to automated workflows, and increases overall reliability of your alerting processes.
