Segment Deletion Requirements Error

We’ve added a new actionable error message that appears when a user attempts to delete a segment that cannot be removed due to existing dependencies or required cleanup steps. Instead of a generic failure, the Strum Voice^TM  now displays a clear, guided explanation of what needs to be resolved before the segment can be successfully deleted.
