My campaign ROI Report Isn't Populating with Any Data


If you see your campaign listed in Strum, but the ROI Report isn't populating and appears to have no results - similar to the image below, it could be related to your Campaign Tracking Settings.



There are a couple items to validate:

  • You have selected the correct "Lead result by channel type" on the top right that corresponds with the channel type this campaign used.
  • You will want to double check that you've completed and saved your tracking settings for the campaign.
