2.6 Release Notes

Here are the newest enhancements and system capabilities now available in StrumPlatform’s Release 2.6.

‘Member-Summary’ Dashboard

The recently released, Member-Summary dashboard, is available within the Executive Chapter and provides users multiple analytic visuals with a member-level perspective. Each Power BI visual holds a unique view and distribution of the institution’s membership and membership portfolio – from age, transactional channel usage and length of membership to Product and Service Group penetrations and key KPIs including average age, profit, FICO score, and the like. This data-rich dashboard allows users to compare member segments, create look-a-likes and trend various key data elements assisting in data-driven strategies.

Support& Resources Center

Users are now able to access a Strum Platform knowledge base – its Support &Resources Center – from directly inside the Strum Platform user interface. This recent enhancement assists new and experienced users with a collection of learning documentation, system terminology, release notes and additional resources including the most FAQs. This can be easily accessed by selecting the [?] icon located in the top right corner of the main user ribbon, near the institution name. The Support & Resources Center window also allows users to submit a support ticket or a question directly to the Strum Platform Support team members while working within the tool.

Custom Naming for Client’s User Defined Fields

The custom fields within Strum Platform can now be uniquely named to fit the data contents specific to each client, allowing users to identify fields more efficiently within their dataset when utilizing the Dashboard and Member List Filter Engines or the View/Export Field Selector inside List Manager.
