What is the Persona Builder?

Found within the Personas Chapter, the Persona Builder provides the user with a UI to apply customized Personas right inside of Strum Platform. The Persona Builder UI walks users through a set-up process by detailing the specific Personas by name, description, Lifestyle segment criteria and applicable timeframes, all unique to each institution. The Persona Builder and its Archive allow users to effectively manage current and previous Personas with ease and are designed in a way to support the application of various Personas across varying time periods providing more expansive insights for both pre- and post-segmentation.

Any Persona defined in the Builder is now available in the filter engines which allow usage of a Persona dimension across nearly all of Strum Platform Chapters, period and trends dashboards and Report Center reports. The overlay of this user-defined data point expounds the value of Platform’s existing dashboards and makes analysis of these custom segments readily available to Marketing, Sales, Executive teams and more.
