We are excited to announce the latest updates in Version 2.29.0.0, designed to enhance how you analyze and manage data, as well as communicate with customers. Here’s a quick overview of what’s new:


Investment & Insurance Products Included in Marketing Dashboards


Investment and insurance products are now included in Marketing Dashboards as part of Direct and Related Sales. If these accounts are provided through client data extracts, users can track the opening of investment and insurance accounts tied to specific campaign audiences. This enhancement expands visibility into campaign performance across additional product lines and includes a new KPI visualization that displays both the number of accounts opened (#) and the total associated balance ($), providing a clearer view of campaign-driven outcomes.


Standardized Campaign Interaction Labels


Strum Platform has introduced standardized Campaign Interaction Labels to create a consistent view of engagement across multiple Marketing Automation systems, including Braze, HubSpot, Prisma, Strum Voice and others. Because each platform defines interactions differently, all campaign activity is now mapped to a set of universal labels such as Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Completed, Undeliverable, and Unsubscribed. These labels are available in Marketing Dashboards and Campaign Filters, allowing users to seamlessly analyze and compare performance across systems and channels while reducing confusion from system-specific terminology.  Specific system + channel translations can be found here.
