2.11.1 Release Notes
April 21, 2024
Here are the newest enhancements and system capabilities now available in Strum Platform’s 2.11.1 Release.
Commercial Trends Dashboards
In this latest update, we're enhancing the analytical power of our Commercial Chapter and Period dashboards (as introduced in Release 2.10). Now, alongside the existing visualizations and functionalities, we're introducing three new Trends dashboards – Summary, Loan, and Deposit. These dashboards offer advanced analytics and reporting tailored to the portfolios of our commercial members across user-defined timeframes.
With the addition of these dashboards, users can now track key metrics such as membership, balance, and account growth across various dimensions including member type, engagement segment, profit tier and others. This enables deeper insights into member trends, highlighting new additions and losses, and pinpointing areas of product growth across branches or member types.
Updated & Customizable Trends Dashboards
We're excited to announce the latest updates to the Trends Dashboards within the Strum Platform. In response to client feedback, we've made significant enhancements to several of the most frequently accessed Trends dashboards across various chapters including Executive, Deposits, Loans, Sales, Branch, Profitability, and Segmentation. Capabilities include comparative metrics, customizable dimensions and distributions, as well as relative views.
With these new capabilities, users can seamlessly transition between different data perspectives and gain more meaningful insights. The addition of customizable drop-down menus further empowers users to pivot the data according to their specific requirements, breaking free from default settings and unlocking a world of tailored analysis.
Relative Date Filtering
Relative Date Filtering has recently been added to Strum Platform's filter engine, both within Dashboards and Lists. This feature empowers users with heightened flexibility and efficiency when analyzing or targeting Account, Member, and Household date elements. Key benefits include:
Expanded Scope &Analysis: Relative date filters amplify filtering options, facilitating comprehensive data analysis across various time periods and scenarios.
Multiple Parameter Options: With the integration of relative date filters, users gain access to an extensive array of parameter options spanning fields like Relationship Start Date, Origination Date, Maturity Date, Last Activity, and more.
Relative Date filtering is further explained here.
Member Firmographic Data Fields within Filters and Lists
We're excited to release the exposure of member firmographic data fields inside Strum Platform's filter engine, now accessible in both Dashboards and Lists. Access to this firmographic data – appended from the Dun & Bradstreet database – include elements such as NAICS Sector, NAICS Subsector, Employee count, and Annual sales. These provide users with a comprehensive understanding of commercial customer-base, facilitating improved segmentation and analysis – both within current utilization of products and the vast organic opportunity available within these relationships. Utilize firmographic data within the filter engine and lists to analyze segments across various chapters and dashboards of the Strum Platform, enabling informed decision-making and strategy development.
