What is the Difference between Filtering at an Account Level vs Filtering at a Member Level?

Account Level

When a user is filtering at the Account Level, the user is asking the filter to display those selected Accounts that meet that criteria (i.e. only those accounts in that Service Group).


The Account Level will only display filtered Accounts in the dashboards that are for Account level Details.


However, some of the demographic displays will still provide those account owners’ demographic detail (age, tenure, lifestyle…).

Member Level

When the user utilizes filter fields under Member level, they are asking the filter to return and display Members that meet that criteria (i.e. have an account in that service group).


The Member Level will display the filtered members, and subsequently their entire relationship - all of their accounts - in the Dashboards with account level detail.
