User Training - Part 2: Using the Strum Platform Filter Engine

Utilizing filters allows you to delve deeper into your member data, enabling you to generate campaigns effortlessly and examine statistics and patterns that can aid in decision-making.

You can filter your data in many ways, so Strum Platform has created a filter engine to create your custom filters.

Filters Criteria

To create your own filter, you can start using the filter tree under Filters Criteria. It shows all the data points and sub-data points available. For instance, if you want to filter your Executive Dashboard by Member Profitability, our Filter Engine can handle that and even more complex filters.

Pro-Tip: Know what you’re looking for? Use the search bar next to Filters Criteria instead of scrolling through and expanding every possible data field.

Once you’ve selected a Filter Criteria, check the Filter Selection box below and select the options you want to include. Click the Purple >> Button to add it to your selected filters. Repeat this for each filter criterion.

Once you’re ready to save a filter, type in a Filter Name and click the purple Save Button. If you’ve already built your own filters, you can view your Saved Filters by clicking the Saved Filters drop-down.

Dashboard Filters make it easy to filter your entire dashboard and insights to manipulate what you see on your Dashboard. Dashboard filters allow you to analyze and review your data to make decisions.

The next level is Member List Filters - the filters you’ll want to set up to generate your member lists to create campaigns. Member Lists let you make decisions and act on them with your campaigns.
